Why Trackman venues use Simbook
The online booking, in-venue kiosk, and operator layer for Trackman-equipped venues
Simbook is sim-software-agnostic. This page is for operators already running Trackman, but the same four-product Simbook platform works for any simulator software (including a mix across bays). Your Trackman stack stays as-is. Your online booking, kiosk, and operator layer becomes one. Evaluating a booking platform for your venue? Use the 12-point framework for indoor golf booking software.
Online booking for your Trackman bays
Customers see real-time bay-level availability for every Trackman bay, with simulator and software variants exposed if you want them. Memberships, hour packs, deposits, and gift cards are native. The booking flow lives on your domain, in your branding.
Kiosk tap-in for booked customers
When a customer arrives, they tap their confirmation (QR, member ID, or saved card) and the kiosk hands them their Trackman bay. Door, locker, and bay-power unlock automatically. Walk-ins book on the same kiosk in under 60 seconds.
Session timing built around the Trackman experience
Each booking is a live session with a clock. Customers can extend from the kiosk if the next slot on that Trackman bay is free. The bay flips and prepares for the next booking automatically when it isn't.
Branded leaderboards for Trackman play
Daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboards drawn from your Trackman sessions. Member rankings, league standings, and venue promotions shown on the kiosk and member portal in your brand.
Live operator control room
Every active Trackman session, timer, payment state, overstay, and extension request in one screen, in priority order. Floor staff handle exceptions; the platform handles the routine.
Multi-bay, multi-location, white-label
Run one Trackman venue or twenty. Per-location pricing, shared inventory and members, role-based access, and consolidated reporting. Your colors, logo, and domain end to end.
The customer journey
Customers book a Trackman bay, arrive, tap in, and start play.
The customer journey is the product. They pick a Trackman bay on your branded site, get a branded confirmation, walk in, tap the kiosk, and the bay is theirs. During the session, they see your leaderboards and a one-tap extension button. Operators see the whole venue in the control room.

FAQ
Common questions from venue operators
Is Simbook officially affiliated with Trackman?+
No. Simbook is an independent booking and operations platform that wraps around Trackman-equipped venues. Your Trackman software stays as-is; Simbook handles the booking, kiosk, session management, and operator layer.
How does Simbook hand off a session to the Trackman bay?+
The kiosk authenticates the customer, validates the booking, unlocks the bay (door, locker, bay-power), and starts the session timer. The customer interacts with Trackman software on the bay PC the same way they always have. Simbook tracks the session lifecycle around it.
Can I run a single-bay Trackman lounge or a multi-location operation?+
Both. Simbook works for a one-bay coaching studio all the way up to multi-location operators with twenty plus Trackman bays. Multi-location is native from day one.
Does the booking flow live on my own domain?+
Yes. The branded booking site, kiosk, member portal, leaderboards, and confirmation emails all run on your domain (e.g. book.yourvenue.com), in your colors and branding. Customers should never see the word Simbook unless you put it there.
Can the kiosk run unattended for off-hours Trackman play?+
Yes. The kiosk handles tap-in for booked customers, walk-in booking, payment, waiver, and door/locker unlock without staff. Operators monitor remotely from the control room and only intervene when an alert demands it.
What if some of our bays run Trackman and others run a different sim?+
Simbook handles mixed stacks natively. You can have Trackman bays, GSPro bays, Uneekor bays, Foresight bays, custom PC sim bays, or any combination, and configure per-bay pricing, availability, and booking logic. Customers see only the bay type they want; operators see the whole venue in one screen.
