Is Simbook officially affiliated with Foresight?+

No. Simbook is an independent booking and operations platform that wraps around Foresight-equipped venues. Your Foresight setup stays as-is; Simbook handles the booking, kiosk, session management, and operator layer.

How does Simbook hand off a Foresight session?+

The kiosk authenticates the customer, validates the booking, unlocks the bay, and starts the session timer. The customer plays on the Foresight bay the same way they always have. Simbook tracks the session lifecycle and the venue operations around it.

Can I run coaching and lessons through Simbook?+

Yes. Coaches have their own portal with availability, certifications, and shared bay logic. Lessons are bookings with the right hardware and the right coach, surfaced in the customer booking flow alongside open play.

Does the booking flow live on my own domain?+

Yes. The branded booking site, kiosk, member portal, leaderboards, and confirmation emails all run on your domain (e.g. book.yourvenue.com). Customers see your venue, not Simbook.

Can the kiosk run unattended for off-hours play?+

Yes. The kiosk handles tap-in, walk-in booking, payment, waiver, and door/locker unlock without staff. Operators monitor remotely from the control room.

What if our Foresight bays run different sim software (FSX, E6, GSPro, etc)?+

No problem. Foresight launch monitors pair with multiple sim software options. Simbook treats each bay as its own inventory unit, so the customer-facing booking experience and operator workflow stay consistent regardless of which sim software runs on that bay. You can mix across bays if that's what your venue does.
