Is Simbook software for venues or for end customers?+

Simbook is for indoor golf and simulator venue owners and operators. We build the online booking system, in-venue kiosk, and operator control room that runs your business. Your customers see your branded booking site, your branded kiosk, and your branded leaderboards.

Does the booking site live on our own domain?+

Yes. The booking flow runs on your branded domain (e.g. book.yourvenue.com), in your colors, with your logo and copy. Same for the kiosk, the member portal, the leaderboards, and the booking confirmation emails. Simbook is white-label end to end.

How does session timing and extension work?+

Each booking is a live session with a clock that starts when the customer checks in at the kiosk. Customers can request an extension from the kiosk; if the next slot is free, the system grants and bills it automatically. If not, the customer sees a polite wrap-up prompt and the bay flips to the next booking.

What simulator software does Simbook work with?+

Any. Simbook is sim-software-agnostic. Your bays can run Trackman, GSPro, Uneekor, Foresight, E6, TruGolf, Awesome Golf, a custom PC sim, or a mixed stack across bays, and Simbook wraps around the whole venue with booking, kiosk, session management, and operator control.
