- See white-label on your domain, live, with your branding and copy
- See how remote support works when your team needs help
- Learn how Simbook handles real operational issues
- Get a migration plan from your current booking and kiosk tools
- Pricing specific to your venue size, bay count, and operating model
Before the call, read the 12-point framework for choosing indoor golf booking software so you can put Simbook through the same test you'd put any vendor through.

What this is really about
Software is easy. Running a venue isn't.
Simbook is a support partner, not just a software vendor. When something breaks at your venue, a real person picks up the phone, for your managers, your customers, and the operational issues that don't fit a SaaS support form. Booking is a feature. Running a venue takes a partner.
Demo FAQ
Before you hit request.
Who is this demo for?+
Venue owners and operators. Simbook is B2B software for indoor golf and simulator venues; we don't demo to end players. If you're a player looking to book a bay, your venue's own booking page is the right place.
How long is the demo and what does it actually cover?+
30 minutes. We walk through online booking, the self-service kiosk, the operator control room, venue management, and how remote support works when your team needs help. Configured as closely as possible to your venue. We leave time for vendor-evaluation questions and a migration discussion.
Will Simbook work with our specific simulator software?+
Yes. Simbook is sim-software-agnostic. Your bays can run Trackman, GSPro, Uneekor, Foresight, E6, TruGolf, Awesome Golf, a custom PC sim, or a mixed stack across bays. The booking, kiosk, and operator layer wraps around whatever you run.
Is the booking flow really white-label on our own domain?+
Yes, end to end. The booking site, member portal, kiosk UI, confirmation emails, and receipts all run on your domain with your branding. Customers should never see the word Simbook unless you put it there.
Is Simbook just software, or do you actually help us operate the venue?+
Both. Simbook is a support partner, not just a software vendor. Phone support is available for venue managers and their customers. Our team troubleshoots simulator software, launch monitors, bay PCs, and operational setup, not just our own bugs. We act like part of your operations team.
What happens when something breaks at our venue?+
A real person picks up. Call our support team and we work the problem with you, on a call, not in a ticket queue. We help across the venue stack: simulator software, launch monitors, bay PCs, kiosk hardware, door and locker access, and operational setup. Most issues get resolved on the call.
Do you support international venues?+
Yes. Remote setup help is available for venues anywhere when remote access is granted. We've helped international operators get up and running and we keep supporting them on an ongoing basis. If your venue is outside the US and you can grant remote access to your bay PCs and kiosk, we can support you.
What happens after I submit the form?+
A Simbook specialist reaches out within one business day to schedule the walkthrough. Before the call, we configure the demo environment with your venue's bay layout, hardware, and member model.
How quickly can we go live after the demo?+
Most single-location venues onboard in days. Multi-location operators typically run a structured rollout starting with one or two pilot venues. We migrate customers, memberships, gift cards, and upcoming bookings as part of onboarding.
