No. Simbook is an independent booking and operations platform that wraps around GSPro-equipped venues. Your GSPro install stays as-is; Simbook handles the booking, kiosk, session management, and operator layer around it.

How does Simbook handle a GSPro session handoff?+

The kiosk authenticates the customer, validates the booking, unlocks the bay, and starts the session timer. The customer plays GSPro on the bay PC the same way they always have. Simbook tracks the session lifecycle and the venue operations around it.

Can I run leagues and tournaments through Simbook?+

Yes. Recurring league seasons, ladder competitions, and one-off tournaments are modeled as repeating bookings with structured player and scoring metadata. Standings and leaderboards show on the kiosk and member portal in your branding.

Does the booking flow live on my own domain?+
